Site Builder managers only
Only managers of Site Builder sites can access the Manager Tools. If you're only a manager on legacy Web Framework sites, you won't have access to the Site Builder Manager Tools.
Overview
You can give other people in your organization access to your site in the WCMS using the Site Builder Manager Tools.
Each person you add is assigned a role that determines what they can do in your site. Choose the role that gives them only the access they need.
- Contributor: Creates and updates content.
- Publisher: Creates and updates content, and can publish changes.
- Manager: Has full site management permissions, including managing users and site configuration.

Which role should you choose?
Contributor
Choose Contributor for most content editors.
Contributors can create and edit pages, images, and other content, but they cannot publish changes or manage site settings.
Publisher
Choose Publisher for trusted content editors who are responsible for publishing updates.
Publishers can do everything a Contributor can, plus publish content to your site's publishing destinations. They cannot manage users or modify site-wide configuration.
Manager
Choose Manager for site owners, administrators, or others responsible for maintaining the site.
Managers have full access to manage users, configure site settings, work with administrative assets, and oversee the site's structure in addition to creating, editing, and publishing content.
